For more than four decades, William M. Powell has represented injured people and their families against physicians, hospitals, corporations, and government agencies—from pre-suit investigation through jury verdict.
His practice concentrates on medical malpractice and catastrophic injury, and he has tried matters in State and Federal Courts, civil rights actions under 42 U.S.C. § 1983, medical malpractice cases, injury cases, a class action, age discrimination and other discrimination matters and has recovered by settlement a False Claims Act litigation in Federal Court on behalf of the United States.
